On Friday, May 21st the Cleveland Area had a big storm blow through. It blew down the biggest tree in my parent's back yard. Here's the pictures of the tree and the fun time we had cutting it up.A few important notes:
In IMG_0010, the twigs in the crown of the tree are up against the sliding door that goes out the addition. No damage to the screen.
The last two pictures are me standing in the hole left by the roots.
My Dad and I planted two sapling fruit trees this spring. Pictures IMG_0020 and IMG_0021 are those trees. One barely touched and the other has a big branch up against it, but only a single branch ripped off. Hopefully they stay that way when we cut the rest down.
According to my dad's thermometer, the high was almost 89F today.
